HeySali: sales intelligence by Glatt DigitalStarting point
Founders or the team sell between projects and day-to-day work. New business only happens when there is spare time.
Nobody owns sales. Enquiries get answered, but no one works the market actively.
Two to four people in sales, each with their own style. No shared standards, no forecast anyone trusts.
Proposals in inboxes, the pipeline in someone's head, follow-ups by gut feel. What works is not repeatable.
Expensive to introduce, barely maintained. Data goes stale, reports say little, automation is missing.
Bought lists and mass emails reach companies with no current reason to buy. Decision-makers tune out.
What is usually missing is not the will. It is a system, capacity and the right timing on the buyer's side. That is exactly where we start.
The mandate
Experienced sales leadership, part-time, accountable for the forecast. Not a lead agency, not tele-sales.
How your leads are created
Our outreach runs on HeySali, our own sales intelligence platform. It monitors Swiss sources such as Zefix, SHAB, simap, job boards, news and LinkedIn and flags companies with a concrete reason to talk. Warm means: there is a reason to call right now.
A leadership change, open roles, a public tender, a relocation or growth: HeySali picks up the event with date and source.
Every lead comes with the reason it fits your offering, full company details and the right time window.
You see who decides, with verified contact details. First contact opens with a real hook, not a script.
Process
Kick-off workshop, a pass through pipeline, numbers and CRM, conversations with the team. After two weeks we are in the day-to-day.
Target accounts and pricing logic are set, outreach begins. By week four the first new opportunities are in the pipeline.
A fixed meeting rhythm, coaching on live calls, a proposal process that binds. The pipeline fills predictably.
We take stock together: numbers, pipeline, learnings. Then you decide whether the mandate continues or your internal team takes over. We prepare both properly.
Go-to-market
Every mandate follows the same structure. The difference to classic outreach: we don't start from a list, we start from the trigger.
Who buys, who signs off, who blocks. Stored in HeySali as your ICP search profile: industry, size, region and the triggers that fit your offering.
Eight signal families, each with a fixed time window: leadership changes, hiring, public tenders on simap, Swiss registry filings from Zefix. Plus Bombora buyer intent: which companies are researching your topics right now. Every signal with date and source.
The opener comes from the lead briefing: event, fit to your offering, decision-maker. Outbound with a reason instead of a cold start, inbound and referrals in the right balance.
Stages with exit criteria, qualification, the proposal process. Warm leads flow into your CRM automatically, no double entry.
Metrics per stage, signal-to-meeting rate, forecast accuracy. Weekly steering instead of a surprise at quarter end.

Salary ranges follow Swiss salary comparisons for 2026. Employer contributions are calculated at 18 percent of gross salary, the usual employer share across Swiss social insurance and occupational pension. Agency placement at 22 percent of the annual base salary; in-house search at a flat CHF 6,000 for advertising and internal effort. Workplace at CHF 4,800 per year. The mandate retainer is CHF 2,500 per month for one day a week (20 percent) and scales linearly with the commitment. All other figures are indicative and do not replace a quote.

I combine more than twelve years of B2B sales in Switzerland and the DACH region, across account and key account management, business development and sales leadership with P&L ownership, paired as of 2026 with my own B2B sales platform: HeySali.
A Zurich city kid, with more than twelve years in B2B sales for Switzerland and the DACH region: from project business for banking, manufacturing, retail, IT and life sciences through key account and senior roles to software reselling (sales, marketing and CRM systems). Since 2026 founder and managing director of Glatt Digital and HeySali, our own Swiss sales intelligence platform.
After hours: basketball. Active player at BBZU in the Zurich Unterland, certified Youth+Sport (J+S) coach, and in the 2026/27 season coaching the U18 boys at inter-cantonal level. Much of it is sales in a different jersey: set up the team, drill the plays, stay calm in crunch time — and get the boys to where they call the plays themselves.
Full P&L ownership, pipeline development and growth of key accounts.
Sales strategy, CRM optimisation and decisions grounded in data.
New business, account-based marketing and cross-functional leadership.
AI-assisted sales automation, data enrichment and buying signals.
In a mandate you work with the same person from the first review through to handover. No switch to a junior team once the contract is signed.
Our own product
We run the software we built ourselves.
HeySali is our own sales platform. The data stays in Switzerland. It picks up buying signals from Swiss sources and tells you when a company actually has a reason to talk.
FAQ
An experienced sales leader working part-time, typically 20 to 40 percent of a full role. They carry the same accountability for forecast and team as a permanent hire, at a fraction of the cost. Typical for startups and SMEs with five to fifty people.
CHF 2,500 per month for one day a week, which is 20 percent of a full role; higher commitments scale accordingly. No day rates; a performance component is agreed case by case. A permanent sales lead in Switzerland costs several times that once social contributions are included.
Usually within two weeks. Hiring the same profile permanently takes three to six months from job posting to first day.
From three months, then month-to-month. After the joint review many clients continue the mandate, others hand over to an internal successor. We prepare both properly.
Yes — including active outreach and first contact if you want us to. How we set it up depends on your team: if you have salespeople, we work alongside them with structure, warm leads and a shared pipeline. If you don't, because the founders have been doing sales on top of everything else, that is exactly the part we take over. What we won't do is work from purchased contact lists out of third-party databases.
Remote by default, across German-speaking Switzerland. We are on site when it counts: for the start and onboarding, for key meetings and for customer visits. Glatt Digital GmbH is based in Glattfelden, canton of Zurich.
